OBITUARY
Ruth I Dahlin, age 87, of St.Charles, died Wednesday at the Tillers Health Care Residence in Oswego.
She was born October 16, 1921 in Yorkville, Il.
Ruth served in the Army during World War II in Nurenberg, Germany. She was a nurse and later worked for Copley Hospital in Aurora and Dr. Morris. Dr.Heimdahl, and Dr. Lowry.
She was a member of the Fox Valley Hiking Club, where she met her husband to be Rudolph (Rudy) Dahlin
She is survived by her brother, Robert (Ramona) Marklein of Yorkville. Her sisters, Norma Wotring of Boulder City, Nevada, Helen Marklein of Aurora and sister in law Marilyn (Fred) Marklein of Montgomery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred & Mabel Marklein. Also her husband, Rudolph (Rudy)Dahlin. Her brothers, Fred Marklein and Herbert Marklein. Her sister, Dorothy Marklein.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main Street, St. Charles. Rev. Mark Larson officiating. Burial will be at Union Cemetery, St. Charles. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. Monday until the time of the Service at the funeral home.
