OBITUARY
Edward Ross Dorsey, age 60 of Maple Park, IL. Passed away peacefully at his home Tuesday, July 27, 2010.He was born April 24, 1950 in Chicago to Elmer and Lucille Dorsey.
He was Vietnam Veteran where he served in the Army. He also enjoyed his 1953 Chevy and had a passion for everything car related. He was an avid fisherman and a member of the Shabbona Sportsman Club.
He is survived by his wife Gail, and 2 sons Michael and Dan both of DeKalb. Two daughters DeDe of Carol Stream and Cheri of West Chicago. Also 2 step sons Terry O’Neill of Orland Park, IL and Brian (April) O’Neill of Wheaton. 2 granddaughters Katelyn and Allison O’Neill; a brother Michael of Winfield and a sister Georgette of West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial visitation will be Saturday, July 31st from 9-11:00 a.m. at the Yurs Funeral Home 1771 W. State St. (Rte. 38) Geneva, IL.
