Irv Durrow, age 74, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2017, surrounded by his loving family and loyal friends.

Irv was born in Williamsville, Missouri to Edith and Oddie Durrow.

Irv is survived by his loving wife Nancy of 53 years, daughter Tonya Kanute (Chris), son Irv Jr., (Christina) Durrow, daughter Teasha Zuponeck (Sam), grandchildren Xavier Stege (Alex), Taylor Collins, Alex Kanute, Aubrie and Maecy Durrow, greatgrandchildren Emre and Jayce Durrow, brother Sherman (Carol) Durrow, sister Sue (Wayne) Bratton, and many loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Norma White.

Irv owned his interior/exterior painting company for over 40 years. He has been solely dedicated since the day it started. Irv had a strong passion for family, friends, and his plentiful vegetable garden in St. Charles. Irv lived life to the fullest and always knew how to light up the room with his big smile and sarcastic sense of humor. Irv also enjoyed many years of hunting and fishing with his loved ones.

A Memorial Visitation will be 2-5:00 P.M. Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Yurs Funeral Home 405 E. Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174.  A Memorial Service will follow the Visitation at 5:00 P.M.at Yurs Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be directed to Gift of Hope.
