"Tomorrow, April 3, will be Jim's 74th birthday. I will always love and grieve for this wonderful friend who left us too soon. He loved throwing holiday parties and movie parties for his many friends. He went out of his way to visit his friend Jack when he was hospitalized and in hospice. Jim called and visited him weekly, when other friends were too busy. Jim was always generous with others and he loved to share the amazing wines he bought at the Wine Exchange every Friday night. He was always the life of the party. Even when he suddenly became ill, he remained hopeful and happy. Jim fully accepted Jesus and I know that he dwells with the Lord. Jim is gone but never to be forgotten forgotten."

"Jim, it's spring and you are not here to enjoy your beautiful back yard. I pray that you are at peace. You were loved, admired, and respected by so many friends. You can never be replaced. You will never ever be forgotten . Your heart was pure gold and your smile was as bright as a sunny day. I will never forget how you helped me through the most difficult five years of my life. You guided me and helped me, and I know that you dwell with God because we prayed daily and sought forgiveness. You were blessed and received the favor of God throughout your life. You were special and blessed. Stephan and I will love you beyond eternity."

"It's been a year now, since our dear friend Jim was reunited with his parents in heaven. Jim's friends still miss his big smile, great sense of humor, and his generous heart. He was a lifelong Vikings fan and if he were here with us, he would be planning trips to Minnesota to see them play. Halloween is this week and Jim loved to host elaborate Halloween parties at his home, and to surprise all of his friends at the Wine Exchange costume party. Jim usually won first or second pace in the contest every year. I know Jim will be missed by everyone. We will always love Jim for his beautiful spirit, his kindness, and his love for his friends. May he rest in peace until we join him in eternity."
