Barbara Ann Romanchek nee Giambone age 70, of Geneva passed away March 17, 2018 at Central DuPage Hospital. She was born to Anthony and Lucy Giambone Jr. in Chicago. She loved her family and friends and spending time reading outside and playing bingo. Her greatest pleasure was spoiling her perfect grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Christina Romanchek, Andrea Luehring, two grandchildren, Timothy III, Katherine, sister Diane McCarthy (Alan) Abrams, son-in-law Tim Jr., and niece Stacey, nephews, Michael and John.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters, Genevieve, Lucille.
Visitation will be 2-6:00 P.M. Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Yurs Funeral Home 1771 W. State Street, Geneva, IL 60134. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 6:00 P.M. at Yurs Funeral Home.
