Brian Freda, 30, died suddenly and unexpectedly Saturday February 11, 2023. He was greatly loved by his parents, brother, and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. The son of Thomas and Ellen Freda, he was born April 14, 1992.

Brian graduated from Marmion Academy, Aurora, Il in 2010 where he played football and trumpet in the band. He attended Iowa State University and graduated with a BS degree in Finance. He loved fishing as well as many outdoor sports. He was also an avid reader. He was a very charitable man who loved ministering to the homeless and anyone else in need.

He is survived by his parents Tom and Ellen (Miller) Freda and his brother Benjamin Freda. He was preceded in death by his grandparents George and Margorie (Braun) Freda, and Donald and Jean (McMahon) Miller.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, February 18, 2023, at St Patrick Catholic Church, 400 Cedar, St Charles with burial to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 1S510 Winfield Rd, Wheaton, IL. Visitation will be at Yurs Funeral Home Geneva, 1771 W. State Street (Rt 38) Geneva, IL 60134, from 4-8:00 P.M., Friday, February 17t, 2023.
