"Dear, sweet Linda , I'm sorry to see that Bruce has passed. I've done a lot of soul searching this past year, about why this kind of pain is such a necessary part of this life journey we are all on. I don't like it; I don't like it when my friends face it; I have never liked that every year we are reminded how Mary suffered for the loss of her son. Catholics. Aren't we a sad bunch. Know that we all care about you and pray that this painful time passes and leaves in its place strengthened relationships in the time we have left till we are with our loved one again."
Nancy & Tim Werve from Geneva, IL
"I only read today that you lost Bruce. He had been ill for such a long time, and we would talk occasionally from time to time. We knew Bruce from scouts when BJ and our son, Nathan, were in the same troop. He always asked about our family and had kind words. That seems like a lifetime ago, both are now married with kids! Please accept our condolences in your loss and know we are thinking about you and your family."
