Charles J. Moran, age 94, of Sugar Grove, died Monday, January 2, 2023, at Accent Hospice Care in Naperville,

He was born May 26, 1928, in Ireland. The son of the late Patrick and Kate Moran.

Mr. Moran is survived by his two sons, Michael (Sandra), and Kevin (Anja). Five grandchildren, Meaghan, Mike, Mason, Claire, and Ryan. Four great grandchildren, Audrey, Scarlet, Margot, and Levi.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia and his second wife, Virginia, also two sons, Patrick and John.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at Yurs Funeral Home 1771 West State Street Geneva. The funeral service will follow at 11:30 A.M. at the funeral Home.

Private burial will be at Mary Hill Cemetery, Niles
