Donald “Don” R. Mason age 64, of St. Charles passed away December 24, 2017.
Son of Herman Mason and Dolores Martini in Berwyn, Illinois. He grew up in Berwyn with his best friends the “Zoo Boys”. He entered the Marine Corps. and served his country with pride. Don loved being in the out-doors and target practice. His family was his pride and joy.
He is survived by two daughters; Kristy Mason, Melissa (Robert) Church, granddaughter Ashley, grandson Dylan, mother Dolores Martini, sisters; Diane (Charles) Mason, Lisa (Sam) Martini.
He was preceded in death by his father Herman Mason, and sister Carol Gasper.
Visitation will be 9-11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Yurs Funeral Home 1771 W. State Street, Geneva, IL 60134. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 11:00, Saturday December, 30, 2017. Private burial will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
