Evelyn L. Canale 90, of Geneva, died Monday, July 12, 2021 at Brighton Gardens, St. Charles.
She was born January 20, 1931 in Geneva. The daughter of the late Virgilio and Emilia Lencioni.
Evelyn, was a former member of Zonta International. Before her retirement she was employed by First National Bank of Geneva for twenty two years where she had worked her way up to becoming Vice President. She also was a member of St.Peter Catholic Church. And was an avid traveler.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence. Daughter, Julie (Chris) Mondi. Three grandchildren, Dylan, Will, and Abbey Mondi.
She was preceded in death by her five brothers, and three sisters.
Visitation will be held 4 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Yurs Funeral Home 1771 W State Street (Rte 38) Geneva. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 A.M. Friday at St. Peter Catholic Church 1891 Kaneville Road Geneva. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
