Geraldine “Gerri” Matejka (Wrobel)
In loving memory.
Gerri ascended to her eternal home January 13, 2022 at the age of 74. Gerri was born in Chicago to
Joseph and Joan Wrobel on June 5, 1947. She is now at rest with her parents and sisters Dolores J
Wrobel and Karen A Wrobel. She is survived by William J Matejka and daughter Melissa (Patrick) Buckley
and two grandchildren Savannah R Buckley (6) and Aiden P Buckley (4).
Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 18, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church 2300
Main St. Batavia IL 60510.
Visitation is Monday January 17, 2022 at Yurs Funeral Home located at 1771 W State St. Geneva IL
60134. Hours are 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
