Hal M. Phipps passed from this life into the next in the early morning hours of November 12th. He was the much loved son of Hal and Eileen, dearest brother of Aimee (Ed) Corbett and Kyle Phipps. He was a devoted father to Jenna and his nephew Joseph and niece Annmarie could always count on Uncle Hal for a good time, He brought so much love and joy in his short time and will be deeply missed, We, his family and friends, will forever treasure our many memories of Hal.
