Obituaries

Irene L. Zwolinski age 93, of St. Charles, passed away February 8, 2018 at Delnor Hospital. She was born to John and Mary Borla in Chicago, Illinois. Irene married her best friend Joseph Zwolinski on May 15, 1945. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many.

She is survived by her son Michael (Mary Lynn) Zwolinski, three grandchildren, Terril (Gaetano) Zonno, Kristen (Matt) Pangrcic, Joseph Zwolinski, two great-grandchildren, Eleonora Zonno, Brennan Pangrcic, sister-in-law Sally Borla, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. And her special friend Mary DeMent and grandma to Danielle, Paul, and John.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph in 1973, her brothers, Victor (Jean) Borla, Walter Borla, and her sister Jean (Michael) Gaura.

Visitation will be 2-5:00 P.M. Sunday February 11, 2018 at Yurs Funeral Home 1771 W. State Street, Geneva, Illinois 60134. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 A.M. Monday, February 12, 2018, at St. Patrick Catholic Church 400 Cedar Street, St. Charles, Illinois 60174. Entombment will be private. Contributions may be in her memory to the Salvation Army in St. Charles.
