Jeanne Mandoza (Skinner), 52, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, August 15th, 2018. Jeanne was born August 20th, 1965 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Gordon and Lois Skinner. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister.

Jeanne dedicated 34 years of service to United Parcel Service (UPS). Jeanne is survived by her husband Dana, children Catie (Ajay Shah), Dani, Lexie, Maddie and Morgan, granddaughters Emma Jeanne and Sienna, and parents Gordon and Lois Skinner, a sister Mary Kay Skinner and a brother Richard Skinner.
