Obituaries

We regret to announce the passing of John J. Koutsky of Elburn, Illinois. Devoted husband to Carole Ann; beloved father of Amy (Larry) Restaino, and Lynne Cornelison; adoring grandfather of Avanna, Nils, and Aidan; John passed away at age 76, on December 17, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones.

John was a proud member of IBEW Local 701. He was an avid reader, an enthusiast of history and geography, enjoyed the outdoors and conservation, and was a passionate sportsman. John was greatly loved by his friends and family and will be missed by all who knew him.
