"Sandy & Carolyn -We are so very sorry to learn of the passing of your sweet mom.I remember meeting her and your dad at Loyola and loving how spunky, spry and active they both were! Your dad was fixing something in your apartment and your mom was such a wonderful and interesting woman. They were tremendously hardworking and they loved their two daughters so much! Your mom had a sparkle in her eye and I remember her bringing Sandy German magazines so she kept up with the language!I saw both your parents for Sandy’s 40th birthday, too, and they were exactly the same - except now they had so many beautiful grandchildren to dote on! Your mom did have incredible pictures at that party from years past. How special she captured all those moments for you!I know the two of you and your families brought your mom nothing but joy, peace, love and pride.Your cousins were at the 40th birthday party and I know how important family and having that bond among cousins was to your parents. How wonderful that they always fostered that.Chris and I are praying for you and all who loved your mom, especially your dear dad.I know God is holding your mom and all of you so close in His arms.We are here for ANYTHING you need, Sandy. Let those beautiful daughters bring you strength and love right now. xoxo, Sam and Chris"
