Marlene A. Chalus age 83, of Elgin, Illinois formerly of Northlake, Illinois, passed away April 3, 2021. She was born to Adolph and Margaret Herda in Chicago, Illinois.
She is survived by her four children; Debbie Lugiai, Craig (Linda) Chalus, Scott (Cyndi) Chalus, Kim Perina, 9 grandchildren: Anthony Lugiai, Elise Chalus, Tiana Chalus, Nathan Chalus, Karissa Chalus, Del Perina, Erin Perina, Kendal Klein, and Devin Nicole Klein, two great-granchildren; Grace and Carmine Lugiai.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Raymond, daughter Carla Klein brother Gerald Herda, and son-in-law Rich Lugiai.
Visitation will be 4-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Yurs Funeral Home 1771 W. State Street, Geneva, Illinois 60134. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 A.M. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 2900 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois 60174. Burial will be at Union Cemetery, St. Charles.
