Obituary
Nathan L. Wurtz, 78, of Batavia, died Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Michaelson Health Center, Batavia,

He was born September 8, 1943, in Geneva, IL. The son of the late Louis and Mary Ellen nee Kain Wurtz.

Nathan was employed by Burgess Norton Manufacturing in Geneva, and retired after many years of employment.

He is survived by his two sisters, Mary Lou Miller, Luella Wurtz, and brother, Miceal E. Wurtz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Mary Ellen Wurtz, his sister, Dorothy Smith, and his brother, Edward Wurtz.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Yurs Funeral Home, 1771 West State Street, Geneva. Funeral Services will follow at 5:00 P.M. Graveside Services will be held 11:00 A.M.
