Norma Kay Yoder, age 86, passed away on December 21, 2024.

Born March 15, 1938 in Jonesville, Michigan to J. Milford and Ruth Lang. She attended Western Michigan University where she met Larry Yoder. They married on July 20, 1958.

Norma and Larry lived in Hoffman Estates, Sleepy Hollow, and Elgin from 1970 until moving permanently to the Savannah, Georgia area, then ultimately to Punta Gorda, Florida.

They were long-time members of the Elgin Country Club and had many friends in the area.

Norma is survived by her sons; Jeffery (Annette) Yoder and Gregory (Jeanine) Yoder; grandchildren; Jacquelyn (Jon) Jennings, Justine (Edgar) Garcia, Grant Yoder, Jeremy (Kelsie) Yoder, Katherine (David) Bruns, and RJ Yoder; great grandchildren; Lola and Holden Jennings, Aya and Bastian Garcia, and Dexter Bruns; sister Sharon Jenkins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Larry and sister Barbara.

The family is planning a celebration of life at a future date.
