Pamela Newsome, 82, died peacefully in her sleep on November 5th.
Pam was a life-long St. Charles resident and prior owner of Back O The Yards tavern. Most recently, Pam enjoyed working at the St Charles Costco greeting numerous friends and neighbors.
Survivors include her son Brad (Julie) Nelson and Chris (Cathy) Nelson and stepson Tim (Gaby) Newsome; five grandchildren – Andy(Regan) Nelson, Ryan Nelson, Thomas Nelson, Allison(Greg) Rosario, Matthew Newsome; and two great grandsons Lawrence Nelson and Troy Rosario.
She was predeceased by her husband John Newsome, and her beloved dog Charlie.
Family and friends will gather for visitation from 12n-4pm, Saturday November 8th at Yurs Funeral Home of Geneva, 1771 W State Street (Rt. 38) Geneva. Pam will be cremated and buried with her mother, Verdelle Young, in the Spring.
