Patricia Rae Brendecke, age 79, of Batavia, IL died peacefully Saturday morning at her home surrounded by loved ones.

She was born August 22, 1941 in Chicago, IL and married her beloved husband Ken In September 1960.

Pat was a member of St. Patrick Church in St. Charles, where she was an active parishioner and volunteer since moving into the area in 1980.

In the early part of her professional career, she worked for the TOPS organization for 20 plus years then moved into Marketing for Tryad in Elburn, IL.

Pat enjoyed big gatherings and spending time with her friends and family. She was known for always up for a good conversation and laughs.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ken brendecke Brendecke, three children, Jill (Steve) of Yorkville, Il, Jennifer of Jacksonville, FL, Justin (Jessica) of Quincy, CA and four grandchildren, Zachery, Kaitlin, Lindsey, Cyrus and two great grandchildren Scarlett and Steven.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Marge Jasinski

Visitation will be held Wednesday March 24th from 3-7pm at Yurs Funeral Home, Geneva,Il. Funeral services will be held 10:30am at St. Patrick Catholic Church 6N491 Crane Road in St. Charles, Illinois 60175. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Geneva, Illinois.
