Raymond Francis Van Eycke Jr, age 88 passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 31, 2019. He was born February 26, 1931 in Chicago, IL. The son of Raymond Francis Sr and Charlotte Van Eycke. He served in the Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War. For most of his years he was a machinist by trade. His hobbies included fishing and cooking. At times he could be an exaggerated story teller. Most of the conversations started with his legacy of 8 daughters, 21 grandchildren, 21 great great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.He is survived by his children, Debra Palmer, Cheryl (Todd) Hitchings, Donna Younger, Tina Daigle, Michelle (Robert) Morris, Tammy ( Kevin) Casey, Di Anna Van Eycke, and Amanda (Tony) Van Eycke. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Connie, second wife Karen and a daughter Patricia. Also, a sister Sylvia Pari and a brother Donald Van Eycke. Visitation will be held 3 to 6:00pm Thursday November 7th at Yurs Funeral Home 1771 w. State st (Rt 38) Geneva. Funeral services to follow 6pm at the funeral home.
