"Mr. Steel used to tell me to call him Dick, but I had too much respect and admiration for him to do that. So, I always struggled with what to call him, until the day that he and his family opened their home to me where I lived for a few months. Which is when I found the title that fit. Dad. Not that I didn't have one, but he made me feel like I was part of the family. I learned by his example the kind of father I wanted to be. I've always described him as a real "Man's man" if I ever knew one. He had a big heart, was physically tough, loved his family and didn't hide his softer side. Dad will be sorely missed by all who had the honor and pleasure of knowing him. My heart goes out to all of the family for your loss."
