Condolences
Greg Pacquer from Antioch, CA
"My deepest sympathy to the Nicol Family. Dick was a special person in my life; as he was my longtime childhood friend and neighbor. Dick's Mom and Dad were so kind to me growing up and would frequently take me along when they would visit relatives in Rock Falls and Sterling, Illinois. As a result, I knew the whole family very well. It was also an honor to be best man at Dick and Marilyn's wedding many years ago. I can attest that Dick and Marilyn were a perfect match and have always been there for each other all their 60+ years together. Dick was such a warm, humorous and kind person to everyone he met. I will surely miss our long chats over the phone on our birthdays every year. Rest in Peace, My Friend!"
