Robert Neisius, 84 of St. Charles, passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 30th, 2026
Robert was born on September 16th, 1941, in Chicago, Il. to Gerald and Antoinette Neisius.
Robert is survived by his wife of fifty years Judith, son Robert daughter Rona, stepson John. Grandchildren and great grandchildren and a sister, Jeri Kucera. Also, his brother in law Louis Kucera, His niece Leslie Castellanos along with cherished friends.
Robert had a passion for cars and boats, many would say they were pretty much restored after he owned them. Later years he enjoyed building models along with a passion for Remote control boats, cars and trains. He often enjoyed spending time sitting by the river.
Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 8:00 P.M. and Friday 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at the Yurs Funeral Home 1771 West State Street (Rte 38) Geneva. Funeral Mass will be Friday 12:00 Noon at St. Patrick Crane Road Church. Burial will be at Prairie Cemetery St. Charles.

"I went to high school with John Smith stepson of Robert. Robert raised a gentleman and a true friend to all that know John. His word is his bond and his bond is strong like super magnets. John has a love for cars and boats and snowmobiles, is a hard worker and can spin a yarn like no other I know. Robert did his job well and raised a good son which is an accomplishment for any lifetime. Rest in Peace Robert, John will carry on with fond memories."
