Sarah Golden, 48, died at home peacefully on Saturday, January 7, 2023, with her loving family.
The daughter of Clement and Anne Stiely, Sarah was born on July 23, 1974, in DeKalb, IL. On June 25, 2005, she married Jeff Golden at the Oscar Swan in Geneva, IL.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff; daughter, Alyssa; parents, Anne & Clement Stiely; brother, John Stiely; and five nieces and nephews.
Sarah had a deep passion for yoga and meditation. She earned her 200-hour yoga certification from the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. Sarah loved her family, working on her home, gardening, animals, and all living things. She will be remembered for her kindness and tender heart.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, January 15, at the Oscar Swan, 1800 S. State Street, Geneva, IL 60134, with Reverend Nicole See Grasse officiating. All are encouraged to wear bright colors in honor of Sarah.
