Antoinette M. Parker, 88 of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin passed away comfortably Saturday, August 13th,2022. Toni was born on July 25, 1934, to Mathilde and Heinrich Schilling in Cadenberge, Germany. Toni immigrated from Germany to the United States in the early 1950s.

Toni lived in Los Angeles, CA until she met the love of her life Eugene Melvin Parker in 1956 and moved to Chicago, IL. She worked the switchboard at Lufthansa Airlines where she learned to speak English. She loved gardening, cooking meals for her many parties, knitting with her knitting clubs, and playing cards with her pinochle group.

Toni was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband Eugene Parker, brother Wilhelm (Judy) Schilling and son Norman (Maureen) Parker. She is survived by her sister Annie Schaffer, brother Karl (Heinke) Schilling, daughter Lisa (David) Smith, grandchildren Kristin (Michael) Brown, Daniel (Emma) Smith, Brian, Robert, Edward, and a great-granddaughter Madeline.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church 1145 N. 5th Ave. Saint Charles, IL 60174 with Pastor Paisley Le Roy officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst IL. She’ll be buried with her husband, Eugene, who preceded her in death in 1990.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, or please plant flowers to save the bees and monarch butterflies!
