Arlene Brucato, 84, of St. Charles, formerly of Carol Stream and Belvidere, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 20. She was greatly loved by her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Arlene was born on May 24, 1938 in Broadview, Illinois to Arthur and Dorothea (Glazer) Beltz. On February 17, 1962, she married Robert Brucato in Broadview.

Survivors include her husband, Robert, daughter Lori (Joe) Priola, and son Rob (Susi) Brucato; five grandchildren – Ryan (Chrissy) Priola, Brent (Rachel) Priola, Grayson Brucato, Marissa Brucato and Jordan Brucato; five great grandchildren – Mia, Stella, Shae, Lucas and Sloane Priola; and two sisters – Ruth (the late Melvin) Womack and Lorna (the late Erwin) Rumohr and many dear nieces and nephews.

Arlene was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Doris (the late Vane) Crandall.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. on Friday, July 29th at Yurs Funeral Home of St. Charles, 405 East Main Street (Corner of Rt. 64 and Rt. 25) with a brief service immediately following the visitation, Pastor Michael Willis of Rejoice Lutheran Church of Geneva officiating. Interment will be at Union Cemetery, St. Charles.
