Carmella Faust (Fiordirosa) died Friday July 22nd surrounded by her family.

The daughter of Dominic and Philomena Fiordirosa (Maritato), Carmella was born on January 2nd 1931 in Chicago. She married James Faust in 1964 and had 3 children, James, John and Carmen.
Carmella was a stay at home mother and grandmother. She was very proud of her Italian heritage and in family tradition, loved to cook for her family and others. Carmella adored her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was very close to her 9 brothers and sisters, numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Carmella was preceded in death by her husband James, daughter Carmen, parents, Brothers and sisters: Mary (Paul) Lafata, Agnes (Phillip) Lafata, Attilio, Dominic, Jimmy, Phyllis (Nick)Guerra, Anthony, and Jerry as well as numerous in-laws and friends.

Surviving are two sons James (Kathy) Faust, John (Julia) Faust, grandchildren Afton Byrne, James(Bo) Faust, Carmen Faust, Kelsey Faust, Tyler Faust, Charles Faust, Victoria Faust, Jacob Faust , Sister Anna (Tony) Falzone, In-laws: Shirley Fiordirosa, Carmen Fiordirosa, Karen Fiordirosa, Alan(Joyce) Faust, Margret Faust, great grandchildren Jordan, Stephen and Camden, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Yurs Funeral Home 405 E. Main Street, (corner of Rt. 64 & Route 25) St. Charles, Illinois 60174. Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M., Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Yurs Funeral Home St. Charles. Burial will be at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois.
