Obituaries

Charlotte B. DeFrank, age 83, of Batavia passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born February 11, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois.

Charlotte is survived by her devoted husband David, her cherished daughters, Laura (Brett) Brown and Carolyn (Ken) Kuykendall, and her four grandchildren, Rachel, Michelle, Kevin, and Ryan. She is also survived by her dear nieces and nephews and many friends.

Charlotte had the most generous and loving heart for everyone she knew, but especially for her grandchildren.

She adored animals, especially dogs which she had her whole life, planting flowers in her garden, and sitting on her swing in the backyard while birdwatching.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Lucille, her brother Robert, and her three sisters Lucille, Dolores, and Marie.

She will be desperately missed but with us always.
