Julia Hernandez from Crestwood, IL

"I'm so sorry for your loss. I personally know the loss of both a mother and grandmother, and the pain can seem overwhelming. However I found comfort in the Bible's promise for the future. Acts 24:15 speaks of a resurrection, a time when God will reunite us with our loved ones again! I hope this helps bring some comfort in this time of sorrow."

Ed and Loretta Mierzejewski from Colorado Springs, CO

"We were shocked and saddened to here about Cheri's passing. We have fond memories of our extended Navy family. Cheri was like an Aunt/Second mother to Ryan. We will cherish the good times after the Navy when we were able to get together both at your homes and ours. You are in our thoughts and our prayers. The Mierzejewski Family."

Larry Simanek jr from San Diego, CA

"Dear Gloes, So sorry for you loss. I have so many fond memories and we are all blessed to have been part of your family. So today I am with you in spirit - mourning and celebrating your mother. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers."

Joe Krier from Pierre , SD

"Sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing."

Jeff and Rhonda Kernen from Madison, IN

"We are so sorry for your great, great loss. What a shock! May God comfort you with His presence and peace. We met you through the Mierzejewski’s while in the Navy. Then it was strange how God brought us together in Bridgeman—you, Cheri, and the girls moving into a house just down the road from my parents. And, then you moving to Madison! We remember coming out to the cabin to visit and fish. Our paths have continued to cross ever since! Good friends and Lots of good times! Praying for you and your family."

Jacki Dyce Hoffman from Leola, SD

"Clarence ... so sorry to hear of your loss. Great picture of Cheri...you just can't mistake those sparkling brown eyes. We should have kept in closer touch over the years...but still have great high school memories. Will always have her as part of my heart."
