David Dowat, 54, died Saturday, October 30, 2021. He was greatly loved by his wife, children, and family.
The son of Winifred and Frank Dowat, David was born on March 23, 1967, in Joliet.
David grew up in Aurora, IL. He proudly served in the US Marines and graduated from University of Illinois Chicago.
He spent his life serving his family, growing in love and faith, and making us all laugh.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Vilona (married July 25, 1998), his children Jamie, Freddie & Chloe; his sister Kim and brothers Jon and Cary.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Jamie.
Visitation will be at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main Street. St Charles, IL Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 8:00-10:00 A.M.
Funeral mass will follow visitation at St Patrick Catholic Church, 6N491 Crane Road St Charles Illinois 60175 at 10:30 A.M.
Luncheon will follow graveside service at the Dowat Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made St Patrick Catholic Church, St Charles, IL.
