Emilie A. Marquez age 83, of St. Charles passed away September 27, 2020. She was born to Lloyd and Edith Piercy in High Shoal Township, North Carolina on September 25, 1937.
She is survived by her five children: Celia Cooke, of Largo, FL, Amelia (Stephen) Bauer, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Karen (Greg) Craft, of St. Charles, IL, Albert (Megan) Marquez, of St. Charles, IL, Angela Marquez (Richard Tippy), of St. Charles, IL, nine grandchildren: Elizabeth (Jose Jr.) Navarrete, Matthew (Lillian) Cooke, Lynda Cooke, Philip (Theresa) Bauer, Michelle (Zac) Williams, Jennifer Miracle (Isaiah) Sherman, George Marquez, Penelope Marquez, Charlie Marquez, five great-grandchildren: Xavier Navarrette, Jose Navarrette III, Vincent Navarrette, Dawn Cooke, Jackson Bauer, and sister Rebecca (Jake) Pope.
She was preceded in death by her husband Henry, and great-grandson Eli Navarrette.
Visitation will be 4-8:00 P.M. Friday, October 2, 2020 at Yurs Funeral Home 405 E. Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174. Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 3, 2020. At Yurs Funeral Home 405 E. Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Geneva, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church of Geneva.
