Emily Christine Andersen Wilson, 41, of St. Charles went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 8, 2022. She was deeply loved by her husband and three children, as well as the greater St. Charles community.

The daughter of Donald Andersen and Kerri Kennard Andersen, Emily was born January 15, 1981 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. From the age of two, Emily was raised in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, where she graduated from Glenbard West High School in 1999.

Emily is survived by her husband, Dan, and three adoring children: Joseph (17), Evelyn (12), and Mitchell (6); her parents, Don and Kerri, two sisters, Margaret Spoelhof and Hannah (Heath) Salit, and grandmother, Katherine Andersen. Also survived by her mother-in-law, Cheryl Wilson, sister-in-law, Kelly (Ronnie) Barnett, brother-in-law, Casey (Taylor) Wilson. Emily was a loving aunt to Anders and Diederik Spoelhof, Isabelle and Mabel Barnett, and Charlie, Remi, and Wyatt Wilson.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, Saturday, March 12 at Yurs Funeral Home in St. Charles. A memorial service of remembrance will follow on Sunday, March 13, 3:00 pm at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 101 S. Sixth Avenue, St. Charles, IL, 60174.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Emily’s name to Delnor Cancer Center, 304 S. Randall Rd., Geneva, IL 60134; or Seasons Hospice, 2195 W. Diehl Rd., Naperville, IL 60563.
