"Getting to Ric over many years in the global trade community, I learned his generous ways and great drive together brought him success. Generous in humor, generous in sharing knowledge, and drive to accomplish good things, his insights and energy will be missed. In private family and in business family at LR, his focus was on family and what can we do together to make the world work and be a better place for all."

"My deepest sympathies to Ric's family and my LR International's friends. I am deeply saddened by the loss of a great friend and an outstanding professional. Ric was one of the first people I had the honor of meeting back in 1998 as I started a new career in international business. So many fond memories of the admirable work Ric did for small businesses around the world. His wonderful and gentle soul, always ready to serve, will forever remain in our hearts."
