Harold W. Jones, 86, of St. Charles, died July 24, 2021 at his home.

He was born August 3, 1934 in Russelville, Ark.  The son of the late Opal and Minnie Jones.

Harold was employed by D.K. Aero Space in Batavia before going to work for Carlson Tools in Geneva where he retired after 27 years.

He is survived by his two children,  Ron Jones of  St. Charles and  Carole Johnson of Batavia. Two Grandchildren, Luke Johnson and Blake Johnson both of Fort Collins, Co.  Three sisters, Norma (Bob) Roach of  St. Charles.,  Linda (Chuck) Hardin of Nacogdoches, Texas and Wanda (Dave) Starr of St. Charles.  Three brothers,  James (Joyce) Jones of Elgin, Paul Jones o f Bolivar, Missouri, and Jake Jones of  Pittsburgh, Missori.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda. And three sisters, Theda Busby, Estille Huckabee and Helen Canestrini,

Visitation will be 4 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Yurs Funeral Home St. Charles. Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday at Yurs Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
