Jacqueline Ballew, age 79, of St. Charles passed Friday, July 23, 2021 at Asbury Gardens in North Aurora.
She was born November 4, 1941 in St. Charles, Illinois to William and Virginia Melson.
Mrs. Ballew is survived by her six children, Jack McDowell, Janet McDowell, Marcia Schmuggerow, Brenda (Bruce) Galauner, Libby (Skip) Coyne and Peggy McDowell, her step children, Troy Ballew and Tracy (Steve) Marek, two brothers, Gene and Bruce Melson, two sisters, Trina Dougherty and Billie (Dave) Lopez, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Troy Ballew, a daughter, Margaret McDowell
Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, 27th at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, (coroner and Rt. 64 and Rt. 25), St. Charles. Burial will be at North Cemetery, St. Charles. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral.
