James P. Paschal, 62, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 30th due to health complications from diabetes.
Jim was born on April 25th,1959 in St. Charles. He was the son of Don F. Paschal and Dorothy H. (Dottie) Paschal.
Jim attended St. Charles High School (class of 1977) and graduated from Denver University in 1981 with a BSBA. Upon graduation, Jim joined the family business, Warwick Publishing Company, which he co-owned with his brother Rob. Jim worked for Warwick for the last 40 years and served as President until the time of his death. Jim and Rob were the fourth generation of family ownership. Alex, Rob’s son, is now the fifth generation to proudly lead Warwick Publishing.
Despite his many health challenges, Jim always had a smile on his face, a positive attitude or word of encouragement. Jim was an avid and accomplished golfer prior to health issues. He loved the Colorado mountains and spent many happy vacations there with his wife and friends. He loved learning and sharing his knowledge. He also loved travelling for business with his fellow promotional products road warriors.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents Don and Dottie. He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years Kim; his brother Rob (Debbie) Paschal; cousins Jane (Bob) Burns, Paul (Cindi) Paschal, and Cecilia Paschal; nephews Alex Paschal, Corey Landers, and Nathan Martin, nieces Amanda Martin and Colleen Landers; and in-laws Jim and Arlene Martin, and Wendy and Tom Landers.
A private family burial was held on June 8th at Union Cemetery in St. Charles.
