Jason Jay Kuffer, 43, of Gilberts, IL; passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018 while vacationing in Cabo San Jose, Mexico. He was born September 19, 1975 in Mundelein, IL. He is the son of Glenn R. Kuffer and Nancy J. (nee Stephens) Kuffer.
Jason grew up in Mundelein, IL and graduated from Mundelein High School in 1993. On May 15, 2005 he married Julie Ann (nee Fick). Jason and Julie have two sons; Hayden (11) and Cole (9). He worked in the HVAC industry for many years and was an Installer Manager for ARS Rescue Rooter.
Survivors include his wife, Julie, and their two children, Hayden and Cole. In addition, his sisters, Joanna (Bobby) Rodgers and niece Paige of Round Lake, IL; Jamie (Cody) Grinthal and nephew Waylon of Bartlett, IL.
He was preceded in death by his father of Mundelein, IL in July of this year.
Family was very important to Jason. He had several interests and hobbies he enjoyed doing with his family, including fishing, NASCAR/car enthusiast, motorcycle road racing, photography, BMXing, woodworking/home remodeling and vacations to Tennessee. With these interests, he gained many strong friendships and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be Friday, Oct 19th from 3-7:00 P.M. and a Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 P.M. at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, St. Charles Illinois 60174
