Jennifer Ann Mahan, age 65, of St. Charles passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Delnor Hospital in Geneva.
She was born August 4, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois to Jason Truesdale and Mary Ann Smith.
She is survived by her husband, John Mahan, her mother, Mary Ann Smith, two daughters, Caroline (Clayton) Johnson and Annie (Josh) Welch, three grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Finley Welch and Meyers Welch and a niece, Amy Rafferty.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jason Smith, a brother, Michael Smith and a sister, Sara Levan.
Memorial visitation will be Saturday from 12-3:00 P.M. at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, St. Charles. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Anderson Animal Shelter, 1000 South LaFox Road, South Elgin, Illinois 60177.
