"Hey Joe, I’ve spent the last months trying to make sense of this. One thing I know is when we lived together in our studio apartment in Oak Park, I was afforded a gift few parents receive. I met you as man and I was proud. Conversation with you was my best memories. For that, I’m grateful to have known you, my son. ~peace"
