Joseph Thomas Enders, age 84 died at his home in Glendale Heights on April 4, 2018.
Born April 11, 1933 in Billings Montana, to Joseph Peter Enders and Mary Matilda (Keller) Enders. He was raised in Arkansaw, Wisconsin.
Joe served in the Airforce and attended University of Wisconsin earning a Bachelor degree in chemical engineering, and worked as a Professional Engineer. On August 24, 1968 he married Maureen Rogers (Gunn). They raised a loving family in Glendale Heights. He established a successful business, Enders Process Equipment Corporation in 1978. He was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church. Joe will be especially remembered for faith, devotion to God and his family, strength, sacrifice, intelligence and his sense of humor.
He is survived by his children, Joseph (Krissy) Enders of Glendale Heights IL, Lisa (Scott) Petranek of Warrenville IL, Theresa (Chris) Morgan of St. Charles IL, Katrina (Jason) Roitburd of Geneva IL, Christina (John) Maggiulli of Randolph, NJ; grandchildren, Joseph T. Enders Jr. and Gianna Enders, Joshua and Ryan Petranek, Makayla and Isabella Morgan, Christian and Alina Roitburd, John and Gabriella Maggiulli; Siblings: Mary Catherine Sheldon of Fairfield, CA.
He was preceded in death by his wife Maureen Rogers (Gunn), his brother Frank Enders, and his parents Joseph and Mary (Keller) Enders.
Visitation will be 4-8:00 P.M. Friday, April 13, 2018 at Yurs Funeral Home 405 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois 60174. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 14, 2018 at St. Matthew Catholic Church 1550 Glen Ellyn Road, Glendale Heights, Illinois 60139. Burial will be at Assumption Cemetery, Wheaton, Illinois.
Contributions may be made to the Autism Society in honor of Gianna his granddaughter.
