Obituaries

June Burk/Bruskewitz was loved and respected by family, friends, and the elite horse riding and breeding community. She spent countless hours designing and creating magnificent women’s attire that belonged on a fashion runway.  Her cooking came from love and her unforgettable lessons in the kitchen were timeless and will never be lost.  She took great pride in creating a warm, loving home, and hosted elegant dinner parties. Music was another lovely edition to June’s attributes and talents.  Her vocals filled a room with love and grace, and she danced like no one was watching.  She was a strong woman that any young women would hope to be.  June is survived by two sons and two grandchildren, but she gracefully mourned a daughter, a grandson, and a great grandson.  She will forever be the matriarch of the Burk family and will forever be loved and missed.
