"I will always love and miss you to the core. You were the best Mom a child could ever ask for. The best Friend and Confidant. Words cannot describe my sorrow and lost. Your love was patient and kind it was not jealous or boastful. It was not arrogant or rude. Your love did not insist on its own way it was not irritable or resentful, it did not rejoice at wrong. But your love rejoiced in the right. So faith, hope, love abide, these three: but the greatest of these was your LOVE!! Love you Little Mama - Sissy"
Terese Bertucci from Chicago , IL

"I wish I had met Karen much sooner in life. She was one of those people who drew you in with their positive energy and interesting conversation. She was also helpful, thoughtful and wise. My heart goes out to the family and all who will be missing this special lady."
Tonja from Batavia, IL
"Karen Curtin was this petite renaissance woman with a strong “Roar” who always supported your professional and personal development and saw your greatest potential. She recognized your positive traits and strengths and urged you to build on them. Karen and Carrie each tried to help me overcome my fear of public speaking by advising me to begin contacting our possible participants, initially at one office location. She progressively added more office locations until I was making calls for the whole company, and I was promoted to enrollment specialist. Karen and Carrie’s quarterly reviews focused more on constructive training and mentoring, recommended programs and courses, and registered me for Intrinsic Solutions, Intl.. Karen will forever have my heartfelt gratitude. One knew they could talk to Karen and Carrie because they always treated you like family. Karen projected that as part of the fundamental foundation of leadership at Inspera Health. You know, after Karen retired she continued with the handwritten notes on my birthday, sent me Christmas cards with updates on her family and her great-grand twins who were growing up so quickly. She sent me pictures of her cherished family. Carrie was Karen's daughter, but I think she was also her best friend. They would go on vacation up north and, as memory serves, off the Gulf of Mexico. She loved those times, sending me pictures of the sunsets and of her enjoying the beach; you could tell she was grateful for her blessings and her beloved family. I can tell you with a full heart, my nightly prayers for Karen, Carrie and Joe and now the family will continue…...with respect, gratitude , friendship and love! Tonja"

"I will always have fond memories of Karen. She was always kind, generous, and welcoming. She treated everyone as family, and she sincerely cared. The kids growing up lovingly called her “Grandma weird hair.” She was energetic, adventurous, and such an inspiration. She will always have a special place in all our hearts. We all love and miss you!"
