Obituaries

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Kostaq Riza.

Kostaq was the devoted husband of his cherished wife, Floresha, and a proud and loving father to his sons, Nasjen (Ornela) and Juxhin (Eftela). He was a treasured grandfather to four grandchildren Aiden, Hannah, Zachary and Scarlett, who brought immense joy and pride to his life. He was also loved by his sister Jera (Efthim) Polena.

A man of remarkable strength, unwavering character, and quiet wisdom, Kostaq was known by all who knew him as someone who could be counted on in any circumstance. His kindness touched countless lives, and his generosity of spirit left a lasting impression on family, friends, and neighbors alike.

Above all else, Kostaq’s greatest love was his family. He worked tirelessly to provide, protect, and guide those he loved. His wisdom was sought by many, his advice was valued, and his presence brought comfort and reassurance. He led by example, demonstrating integrity, resilience, compassion, and humility throughout his life.

May he rest in eternal peace, and may his memory be a blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday, June 5^th at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, (Rt. 25), St. Charles.  Burial will be at Union Cemetery, St. Charles.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
