Larry G. Stuenkel, 65, of St. Charles passed away peacefully on Monday, November 20, 2017. He was born May 29, 1952 in Joliet, IL.
He is survived by his wife Brandy, daughters Sydney and Karly, and sisters Arlene Dahlman, Dorothy Dalton, and Debra LaComb.
He was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Elnora Stuenkel, and his brothers Harold and Ronald.
Larry had a successful career as a financial executive at various privately held manufacturing and distribution-based organizations. His experience was supported by CPA and CMA certifications and an MBA from The University of Chicago. He enjoyed watching his daughters compete in high school and collegiate sports, and was an avid fan of Loyola University Chicago’s Cross Country & Track team and University of Iowa’s Soccer team.
Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, November 25th, 2017 from 1:00-3:00PM at Yurs Funeral Home in St. Charles. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Larry’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
