The Rev. Thomas Eaves officiated with arrangements having been made by Yurs Funeral Home, St. Charles. The family would like to extend its deepest gratitude and thanks to Visiting Angels of South Elgin, especially Sandy Gillis who helped care for Harry and Mabel for almost nine years, and Vitas Hospice of Lombard. We sincerely appreciate their friendship, support and loving care of our parents. With their help, Harry and Mabel were able to live at home and there peacefully pass from their earthly home to their heavenly home.
Burial is with the sure and certain confidence the Lord Jesus will raise our bodies to life everlasting on the Day of His Second Coming.

"I offer my sincere thoughts and prayers to the entire Maas Family for the loss of Mrs. Maas. She was a thoughtful, kind, compassionate, and fun-loving woman who loved everyone she was around. Your family was always accepting of me and I thoroughly enjoyed the get togethers at your family home in 1970's and early 1980's. Every time I have driven by the farm, I always have fond memories of your mom and dad. May your mom rest in peace and enjoy eternity with Our Lord. God Bless to your entire family."
