"Liz, Chris, Sophie and Burusco Family, please know that my heart is breaking alongside yours. Your mom was an amazing woman who was always, always active in something. I loved listening to her talk and most of all giggle when she was messing with us all. I am so glad that I got to meet her and know her and best of all, I am so glad that she was able to teach my kids their prayers. I will be eternally grateful for her strong influence in that dept. I will adhere to your wishes and make a donation in her memory. I have no doubt she is up in heaven getting involved in everything she can. God Bless Ms Carmen. You will be missed greatly. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻"

"May Our Lord bless you and your family. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Carmen at St John of God. She was the coordinator of the preschool program and we were both teachers. My husband would play the music for the graduation and for the Christmas program. Carmen would always be tapping in the background as he played! I just loved her accent and her wonderful stories about her family! She had a contagious laughter and really loved the little ones! May all of her fond memories get you through this difficult time! God bless!"
