After retirement our paths crossed at many library programs and her devotion to the library foundation. Unfortunately I will be out of town and will miss the services. May she rest in peace."

I appreciated her expertise, kindness, humor, tenacity, and wisdom. She supported my English classroom teaching and my speech team coaching and she was a respected role model, effectively leading in innumerable ways. I have always appreciated her “refusal” to let me leave and go to another high school early in my career. She was of course and as always correct in her assessment of the situation. I’ve thought of her often and will continue to do so. Prayers for her and for the family."
