Mary F Lockhart (Dowd), age 56, passed away after a long battle with cancer. On July 21st. Beloved mother to Amanda Vanderhaeghen, and cherished sister of Matthew(Mel) and Daniel(Gabby) Dowd. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Frances Dowd. Mary was a a beacon of happiness and laughter to many. Her smile and wit brought laughter into a room. She was compassionate to her friends and always brought their spirits up with times seemed gloomy. Her bright and unwavering spirit will truly be missed. In lieu of flowers her family asks to consider donating to the American Cancer Society.
